Experience

Responsibilities

Create detailed 3D models and drawings using CATIA or Creo
Perform DFMEA, DVP&R, and thermal/structural validation
Collaborate on packaging studies and interface with suppliers
Support testing, root cause analysis, and design optimization

Requirements

4–7 years in mechanical design for automotive or EV platforms
Experience with BMS housing, inverter, or thermal systems
Exposure to ISO 26262, GD&T, and BOM management
Hands-on with CAE or multi-physics tools is a plus
